Flavia Schweizer is a swiss- persian Choreographer, Dancer and DJ, currently living and working in Zürich Switzerland.
Being trained and working for the commercial as well as the art world, Flavia has had the opportunity to choreograph for world renowned TV- Shows such as “So you think you can dance”, the Commercials, Award Shows and major european Rap & Reggae Artists as well as award winning Dance Theater Productions.
She has performed all over the world on stages with artists like Pharrell Williams, One Direction, Talib Kweli and international brands like Nike and Carhartt.
Flavia brings together Urban Movement and Storytelling. She creates a Dance Vocabulary inspired by Street - Dance, African Street - Dance, Free Movement that has the power to move, touch and inspire her audience.
As an international dance instructor Flavia gets to share her passion and knowledge in many parts of Europe and the United States (France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, USA).
Since 2018 Flavia shares her love for Music and Dance as a DJ under Dj Flavah Nice. She is Resident DJ with the Open Mic Show at Plaza Klub in Zürich, as well as Art and Performance Projects where Dance and Music intersect. After we prepare our bodies with a warmup that contains strengthening excercises and stretching we learn basic steps and basic technique of african Street Dances.

Groove Session Dance Class Zürich
Groove Session happens every Wednesday from 20 - 21h at GZ Schindlergut.
After a short Warmup we spend a part of the lesson to improve our strength to prepare the body for the dance class.
We practice basic steps from Street - Dance ( Hip Hop Culture ), Afrobeat, House and Dancehall. Putting them all together to a small choreography at the end of the class. We also like to play around and do fun freestyle tasks or dance games.

As a dancer i feel very much in touch with the subconscious, my feelings and also others. I will carefully guide you into Hypnosis.
In the initial Interview we clarify possible fears or missunderstandings and focus on understanding how Hypnosis works. We continue by defining your theme and your goals. Through focussing on your breath and relaxation, first physically then mentally you will go into Hypnosis. In this state your focus is heightend you are aware of everything thats happening around you, and you will be able to come out of Hypnosis whenever you decide. Imagine that moment before you fall asleep or how you feel in your meditation, a state you yourself are able to go into multiple times per day. We discuss what occured for you during Hypnosis in a post Hypnotic Interview to depthen the impact.

Your sub-conscious makes 95% of your mind, only 5% are guided by logical consciousness. The Sub- conscious mind is guarded by a little soldier also called the "critical factor" which lets his guard down in Hypnosis so you can reach your personal goals. Your self- healing powers are activated.
Can anybody go into Hypnosis? Yes, anybody can. The only requirement is for you to fully strive for your own healing.
This comfortable state of mind also brings about relaxation, which lowers the cortisol level in your blood (stress hormone). Your breath gets deeper, your heartrate slows down. All your body and gland functions work perfectly. You become aware and focused.

You are the Masterpiece. Perfectly divine and abundant.
The main inspiration came from the beautiful Song "Masterpiece" of the UK Duo Disclosure.With the idea of each and everyone being a Masterpiece we opened up our rehearsal process.
Every rehearsal was recorded and put online on my Facebook page. Interested Artists, Sketch Artists, Choreographers, Dancers or just people that wanted to get involved had the chance to do so and contributed their ideas and solutions.
We started rehearsing with 5 ladies from the HOUSE OF LACE Dancecompany Switzerland. We rehearsed for 3 Months, Kasia joined after two months and shot this video with 6 dancers in one day on my Iphone 5 camera.
